solar powered experiment

Due to its dark body, the solar airship (3 x 1 meters) absorbs the majority of the rays of the sun that fall on it. The air in the airship becomes lighter (less dense) as it warms up. The warmer air which is now lighter than the surrounding, begins to rise together with the extremely light plastic tube.

Attention: Use only under direct adult supervision

Experiment with solar heat

This kit demonstrates how to use solar energy simply and efficiently. The solar cooker can not only be used for experimenting but for actually boiling water for tea or coffee, cooking eggs or to warm up soups or sausages.
