The rhythm of the hammering can be adjusted. Like the large and ancient examples in the blacksmith’s workshop the hammer mill can be driven by the small waterwheel, the small turbine, the riverwheel or the sail windmill.
The design of the sail windmill is much the same as in those which were used in the Mediteranean in previous centuries to pump water to the fields. The transmission with four gears opens up many possibilities to drive other toys.
The construction with gearbox requires skilled craftsmen aged 14 and over. The kit is supplied with rainbow-colored (no. 2012) or classic natural white (no. 2011) sails.
